Pre-Listing Home Inspections: These inspections are conducted by homeowners who are planning to sell their property. They help identify any problems or maintenance issues that may affect the sale process. Addressing these issues beforehand can increase the chances of a successful sale.

Condo & Townhouse Inspections

New Construction Inspections: These inspections are performed during different stages of the construction process to ensure that the building is being constructed according to applicable codes and standards. It helps identify any deficiencies or potential problems early on.

Radon Testing: Radon is a radioactive gas that can be harmful when present in high concentrations. Radon testing measures the levels of radon gas in the home and provides recommendations for mitigation if necessary.

Sample Inspections

The home inspection report is a part of what a client will receive after the inspection is done. The report serves as an introduction to the home for our clients by describing the visible condition of the house at the time of the inspection. During the inspection the home inspector takes lots of pictures of the present condition of the house, issues found, and the location of the issues. Comments about the issues, suggestions about the repairs or improvement are also included. In addition the report will have some helpful maintenance tips to keep the house in good shape years to come, and to prevent expensive repairs.
